Maintaining a set temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, the True TSSU-36-12M-B-ADA-HC mega-top prep table uses a balanced refrigeration system to keep the cabinet and food pan area chilled. The evaporator is epoxy coated for corrosion protection, and its fan motor is sealed and self-lubricating to minimize maintenance. For temperature retention, the cabinet and doors use foamed-in-place, high-density insulation, and the condensing unit slides out from behind the cabinet, simplifying maintenance.
This True TSSU-36-12M-B-ADA-HC mega-top sandwich and salad prep table comes with 12 sixth-size food pans, which are kept cold with an insulated stainless steel hood and lid. The unit’s exterior is made of stainless steel with a corrosion-resistant, GalFan-coated steel back, while the interior is clear-coated aluminum with a stainless steel floor and coved corners for efficient cleaning. To organize ingredients in the cabinet, four shelves are included and can be adjusted in 1/2-inch increments.
