Returns & Refunds
At My Store, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This Store Return Policy describes how to return an item, get a refund, or make an exchange.
Return Window: 30 days from the delivery date.
Condition of Item: Must be new, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags.
How to Return:
1. Go to the “Returns” page on our website.
2. Enter your order number and email.
3. Follow the instructions to get a return authorization and label.
4. Pack the item securely and ship it back.
Refunds: After we get the item and check its condition, we will email you about your refund. The refund will go to your original payment method. Please note, shipping costs are not refundable.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want. We are happy to help with this process if you contact customer service.
